Job Description:

• Develop materials purchase plan to support the operation of the factory;
• Source and recommend suppliers for the procurement of materials;
• Review and implement purchasing strategies to cope with production targets
• Plan and implement cost reduction programs without affecting quality of work

 Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or equivalent;
• At least 8 years solid experience in Consumer Products, Electronics or Toys field, of which 3-4 years should be at supervisory level and able to lead a team of buyers or expeditors ,
• Plastic Material purchase experience is preferred.
• Good command of English and Putonghua;
• Strong communication and negotiation skill, good planning and able to work independently;
• Knowledge in MRP system is an advantage;
• Station in Station in Guangdong province is requested
