Responsibilities:

• Involve in financial planning, analysis and reporting
• Conduct financial due diligence and analysis
• Respond to clients' enquiries
• Work closely with other professional parties in M&A, IPO exercise and capital raising exercises

Requirements:

• Accounting qualification or equivalent

• 2-3 years' relevant experience (experience gained from Big 4 is an absolute advantage)  

• Financial analytics experience

• Good interpersonal and communicational skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese  

• Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

• Business trips are required
