Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support for all of our customers, ensuring that inquiries are responded to in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and follow up customers enquiries by emails / phone calls
- Assist in the creation of support documentation, such as FAQ's and product material
- Provide face-to-face training for customers who visit our headquarter to perform product demonstrations
- Assist in establishing new procedures and workflow practices to improve the customer experience
- Process KYC verifications for End Users and other data entry duties
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate degree or above
- Over 1 year of experience in a customer support role, or fresh graduates looking for opportunity in the FinTech industry
- Demonstrate problem solving skills & possess strong attention to detail
- Possess a 'can do' attitude with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience
- Be able to quickly adapt to fast pace environment and be a quick learner
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
