Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor customers’ online orders status.
• Provide customers with immediate information on specific products, service, after sales and point of sales.
• Handle online customer complaints, service requests and enquiries effectively.
• Review and develop online functions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare CS case regular report and data analysis for management review .
• Assist with Online Shop Product and Website / App updates.
• Implement other ad hoc work and projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduates or above
• Strong communication with good manner and presentation skills
• High discipline, positive attitude, excellent multitasking skills and able to work under pressure
• Independence, well organized and ready to meet new challenge
• Detail-minded and customer-oriented, hardworking and good at teamwork, self-motivated and can work under pressure
• Excellent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
