Job Description:
  • Liaising with factories and customers
  • Follow up quotation, sales order & delivery schedule
  • Handling invoice, shipment arrangement
  • Paperwork handling
  • Sale Support
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
 
Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above.
  • 2 years experience in following up customer orders and shipments.
  • Experience in paper trading is a definite advantage.
  • Reasonable command in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Reasonable interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented, proactive, responsible & willing to learn
  • Familiar with MS office, Chinese typing, SAP.
  • Bank holiday. 
  • Alternate Saturday-off system.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Work Location: Metro Centre at Kowloon Bay.
