- Liaising with factories and customers
- Follow up quotation, sales order & delivery schedule
- Handling invoice, shipment arrangement
- Paperwork handling
- Sale Support
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above.
- 2 years experience in following up customer orders and shipments.
- Experience in paper trading is a definite advantage.
- Reasonable command in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Reasonable interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented, proactive, responsible & willing to learn
- Familiar with MS office, Chinese typing, SAP.
- Bank holiday.
- Alternate Saturday-off system.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Work Location: Metro Centre at Kowloon Bay.
