Day-to-Day frontline interactions with customer

Routine shipment processing-export booking and related data entry and screening of relevant shipping documents

Arrange pick up order and prepare trucking arrangement for cross-border with CEVA Ground service

Monitor the shipment status and prepare the customers’ reports and system updates
-
Execute SOP and instructions as assigned by superior
-
Escalate to senior colleagues for support on urgent request
Job Requirements
-
F5 graduates / DSE or above
-
At least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
-
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
-
Able to work overtime and work under pressure
-
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
