Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting daily sales related activities
• Responsible for sampling , quotation , purchase order preparation , shipping document and customer complaints
• Coordinate with overseas customers and suppliers for orders processing
• Close monitoring and follow up order status to facilitate on time delivery
• Handle delivery arrangement with factory and customers
• Assist on sourcing requests when required

Requirement:

• F5 or above, with major in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales support, preferably in manufacturing field
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good communicate skill , Customer-oriented, well-organized, detail-minded and hard-working;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;
