Job Responsibilities:

• Perform C&B function independently such as payroll processing, MPF contribution and other benefits administration
• Update and maintain HR records and systems
• Provide support on tax filing and visa applications
• Prepare various HR management reports in monthly and quarterly
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Report to Human Resources Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in similar HR function in a sizable organisation
• Well-versed with HK employment ordinance and other regulatory compliance 
• Responsible, self-motivated, proactive, detail minded and good team player
• Familiar with using MS Office especially in MS Excel and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Immediate available is preferable
