Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform C&B function independently such as payroll processing, MPF contribution and other benefits administration
- Update and maintain HR records and systems
- Provide support on tax filing and visa applications
- Prepare various HR management reports in monthly and quarterly
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Report to Human Resources Manager
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in similar HR function in a sizable organisation
- Well-versed with HK employment ordinance and other regulatory compliance
- Responsible, self-motivated, proactive, detail minded and good team player
- Familiar with using MS Office especially in MS Excel and Word
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Immediate available is preferable
