Responsibilities:

• Manage supply plan to ensure suppliers’ production capacity to fulfill customers’ requirement by monthly SOP and weekly SSP (Supplier Shipment Plan)
• Collaborate closely with Business Unit to monitor the gap between demand and supply plan and recommend action plan in case of issue
• Build anticipation plan for seasonal factory closure (i.e. CNY, Golden Week, Factory Relocation…etc.)
• Monitor suppliers’ production plan to achieve on-time-delivery. Identify potential risk of delay and facilitate recovery plan
• Negotiate order lead time reduction & MOQ reduction with suppliers
• Participate in Product Lifecycle management including project group for new product launch and minimize excess material cost at end-of-life
• Conduct regular performance reviews and root cause analysis with suppliers to achieve target service level

Requirement:

• Degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management or Business related disciplines with 5 years relevant working experience
• Solid knowledge of supply chain business models, planning and forecasting
• Occasional day-travel to China (mainly to Guangdong Province) is required
• Self-motivated and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Proficiency in the application of MS Office, hands-on experience in SAP APO is preferred
