Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements of  ERP system, define technical design and ensure that the software applications delivered are aligned with company strategic directions and business goals
• Critically evaluate and analyse requirements gathered from all departments to deliver functional and technical specifications
• Provide administrative and operational support to the office and management teams
• Implement and review the corporate administrative policies and procedures and ensure their compliance are in line with the Company’s policies and requirements
• Handle and monitor office operation
• Establish and control the administration budget
• Coach and train the administration staff, assign and monitor their performance
• Reinforce the company culture and create a harmony environmentview, formulate and implement Company general policies, procedures and operation manuals.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline; 
• 5-8 years' of working experiences in managing general administration management with strong ERP implementation and experience
• Have strong understanding of the business flow of manufacturing and IT implementation strategy;
• Independent, detail-oriented and able to perform multi-tasking
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese.
