Trade Department– Hong Kong

Report to:  Trade Manager

Job Description:

• To attend the daily freight quotation, Detention & Demurrage enquiries submitted by commercial teams via in-house filing system
• To assist data input for contractual business quotation, tenders
• To monitor the Tariff setting aligning with the rate guideline
• To be proficient in computer software and able to create excel / data analysis and presentation materials

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma, or above
• 2 years’ work experience
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
• Good in Cantonese, Mandarin as preferable
• Be self-motivated, in good discipline
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office software in data analysis, professional business presentation
• Good interpersonal skills, and fluent language in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Dedicated to work in multicultural environment
