Operations Executive / Supply Chain Executive

Job Description:

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including the functions of warehouse & inventory management, importation and exportation as well as transportation and distribution;
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, forwarders and consolidators for sea and air shipments
• Responsible for preparing the import/export documents for samples shipments
• Handle Import and Export declarations for related shipments
• Communicate with oversea offices and forwarders for any shipping issues via emails
• Provide full range of executive and administrative supports to colleagues
• Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives
• Assist in analyzing and consolidating HR reports
• Coordinate events and meetings with colleagues

 Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Degree above with knowledge in business / logistics is preferred
• 3 years relevant experience in shipping and logistics
• FMCG experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in handling consolidation and containerization cargo
• Proficient in PC skills, such as MS word, Excel, email etc.
• Knowledge in using SAP system is an advantage
• Responsible and hardworking, committed to deadlines, self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and working independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
