Job Description
One of the largest property developer is currently looking for a Senior HR / Talent Acquisition Manager in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage full spectrum of HR functions, both operationally and strategically
- Work as a strategic business partner with management for assigned business, division in implementing HR initiatives to support business growth
- Supervise, develop and train the HR Team
- Recruitment and selection, Admin & payroll management
Qualifications:
- University graduate with a minimum 7 years of solid working experiences in all-round human resources, staffing and office administration functions.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
