A leading developer is looking for E&M engineers to work on their iconic projects in Asia.  Our client will offer:

Responsibilities:  

• Ensure operational effectiveness in terms of cost, safety and quality
• Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all BS/E&M matters on site.
• Manage support team to streamline work procedures, plan and review target

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience preferably from main contractors or developer
• Strong in engineering aspects, with excellent leadership skills to drive the team to meet maintenance and project timeline
• Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills
