Responsibilities:

• Result-orientated and self-motivated investment manager required to achieve important and aggressive targets
• Manage research projects in mainland China, Europe and Southeast Asia, including budget control, status reporting and documentation
• Identify emerging companies which might be suitable for investment
• Maintain long-term relationship with emerging companies
• Create and manage sophisticated outreach and education programs
• Provide strategic advice and operational support to emerging companies
• Basic salary plus bonus are provided
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 4 years’ relevant startup, operations and finance experience in mainland China and Europe
• High degree of fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Experienced in startup environments, including product management, business development, operations and recruitment.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, deep experience working with board members, C-level executives, and senior financial professionals
• Strong presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Fundamental understanding of startup principles and technology
• Excellent interpersonal and commutations skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Investment Manager
