Responsibilities

• Responsible for comprehensive property administration & management including lease renewal, extensions, surrenders, payment, branch renovation and maintenance, security, insurance and utilities applications / terminations, etc
• Handle facilities management, including repair & maintenance of office furniture & fixtures, office supply management, vendor service management, etc
• Provide office administration support, advice and recommendation to internal users and other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Associate Degree / High Diploma or above with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in  Facilities / Property Management or Leasing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Stable, helpful and reliable attitude is a plus
• Willing to work outdoor, overtime and on holiday occasionally
