We are a well-established financial institution which carries out Type 1 (Dealing in securities), Type 6 (Advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (Asset management) regulated activities. We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our team to meet with our business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Handle corporate finance projects including financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, Listing Rules and /or Takeovers Code related transactions
• Prepare draft announcements and circulars
• Work closely with professional bodies and regulators, legal counsels, auditors, valuers and other professionals during deal execution
• Liaise with all relevant regulatory authorities including SFC and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Requirements:

• Professional qualification (CFA/CPA) and/ or university degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred;
• Candidates applying for the position of AVP should possess no less than 4 years of solid experience in handling M&A and corporate finance projects, in particular Takeovers Code related transactions; those with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Associate or Analyst;
• Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required;

•          Self-motivated and independent, a good team player
•          High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
•          Immediately available highly preferred
