• Diploma / High Diploma/ Associate Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Interior Design etc.
• Able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
• Good in AutoCAD drafting

Work Duties:

• Assist Project Manager/Building Surveyor in handling the renovation projects and A&A works projects, including:-
• Carry out feasibility study of the A&A works in the initial stage
• Prepare tender documents and tender exercises
• Project Management and contract administration during the works stage
• Monitor and supervise the site works
• Liaise with the Client / Contractor for proceeding the works
