• Recruit and train young talents to develop them into successful future Designers at AB Concept Limited
• During the one-year Program, Trainees will undergo intensive professional development, on-the-job training and assignments to different business units
• We provide a well-defined learning and development curriculum with an emphasis on core management competencies, offer exposure to different segments of society, broaden their perspectives and improve interpersonal skills
• Upon completion of the Trainee Program, you will be an Assistant Interior Designer and expected to move along the career ladder

Who are you?
 

• Be a fresh university graduate in Design or related disciplines
• Have good academic records with active participation in extra-curricular activities
• Have good interpersonal, analytical skills and excellent communications skills (spoken & written) in both English AND Chinese
• Be highly motivated, energetic and have a strong design and market sense

We get our work done in a 5-meter height gallery-like atelier on the penthouse floor in West Kowloon, one of the most upcoming, exciting gentrified areas on the other side of HK Island. We know creative people like yourselves love to work hard but play harder so we will only make you work 5 days a week. We will also make sure that your efforts are noticed and rewarded with plenty of exciting opportunities.
