Reports To:
Operations Manager
5-days work
(3:30pm – 11:30pm)
Job Purpose:
- To provide advice to customers regarding their ground transportation requirements and to prepare cost estimates and bookings where necessary
- To respond to customer queries/ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain awareness of service levels and deliver high service standards
- Assist with the preparation of billing information and processing of credit card transactions
- To be flexible and assist the Operations Manager with ad hoc projects where necessary
- To identify and progress potential sales opportunities relating to customer needs where appropriate
Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Essential
- A confident communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proactive with good attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Demonstrate a passion for and an understanding of travel and the travel industry
- Proficient in PC application
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Immediate available preferred
