Responsibilities

• Setup, manage and monitor Windows Server environment and network infrastructure included but not limited to Directory Service, Database, Email, File Server, Virtual Server, Backup, Network monitor tools etc
• Perform system planning and change management, and proactively monitor I.T. systems
• Monitor and tune system performance
• Implement hardware and system software changes
• Able to setup and configure maintenance, Firewall & Antivirus software and other security software
• Able to propose Network LAN and WAN design, system configuration and implementation experience with VPN, MPLS Point to Point connection
• Can perform troubleshooting and must have network technical skill, such as Routers, Switch and Wireless device
• Manage projects, from understanding and analyzing requirements, providing technical advice, to systems implementing new systems changes and coordinating activities
• Perform I.T. capacity planning
• Troubleshooting on I.T. system, network, hardware & software
• Working experience with system management tools, such as Network Analysis

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies / Information Technology or related discipline
• 5-8 years I.T. work experience in a sizable firm
• Solid work experience on supporting and clustering of Windows 2008/2012 and Exchange 2010 servers, Domain controller & Active directory, O365
• Good knowledge and experience in administration of Web Servers, Backup and recovery solution, router, switches, VPN, Firewalls, SAN, Anti-spam and Anti-virus technology
• Proficient in internet firewall technical support and instruction prevention system
• Good knowledge and work experience in data center operation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills
• Holder of MCIPT/MCSA/MCDBA/CCNA/CCNP is highly preferable
• Candidates have experience on router, switch, WAN and Cloud are advantage
