Job Specifications:

- Install, maintain and monitor servers and network infrastructure

- Provide support to users and clients for software and hardware

- Prepare user guides and other documents for clients and internal users

- Prepare analysis and reports 

Requirements:

- Diploma in Computer Science 

- In-depth understanding and experience in setting up and maintenance of servers and networks

- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and within very tight timelines

- A problem solver with effective communication skills

- Good command of English and Chinese
