The Requirements are :-

• Report to the Manager of the customer centre and leading a small team to provide customer service, sales and customer retention activities to meet the service level and company target
• Perform sales analysis and planning to achieve business targets
• Conduct coaching to the individual members to uplift the performance and identify the way for improvement
• Manage thd daily operations to ensure service quality and compliance matters
• Conduct investigation of the customer complaint and comply with internal compliant management requirements
• F.7 or Diploma holder or above in insurance related disciplines, with IIQE passed in paper 1 & 2 or other insurance qualification is highly preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in customer service/telemarketing which of 1 year's supervisory experience
• Relevant experience on coaching and training sales staff on General Insurance product
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with complants handling experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
