• Tertiary Education : Preferably Engineering studies or equivalent working experience.
• 6-8 years of solid experience on watch product development, technical aspects and new material sourcing.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English ; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Management ability to nurture the teammates, communicate effectively with a strong relationships with customer and factory.  
• Able to work under pressure, good time management, result oriented, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded.
• Based in Hong Kong, travel to China is required.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Development Manager.
