Responsibilities:

• Assist team to maintain and arrange for fabric library/showroom
• Sourcing and updating our data base, stock keeping with fabric hangers / swatch and garment sample etc
• Provide clerical support to prepare documents and reports
• Communicate with different teams and departments for fabric development and production status
• Be responsible for fabric sourcing, product development & sampling follow up

Requirements:

• Form 5, Diploma / Certificate holder in merchandising, textile or related discipline
• At least 1-year relevant working experience in textile/garment company or trading firm
• Experience in Woven / Denim
• Proficient in using MS Office with excellent PC knowledge
• Responsible, independent, detail-minded and initiative
• Good command of both English and Mandarin
