Job Description:

• Assist the Manager on the Implementation of effective brand building and marketing programs by proactively working on ATL and BTL promotion
• Initiate & executive consumer engagement program to tie-in with the seasonal theme
• Supervise and coordinate different channels to ensure smooth marketing activities and branding matters
• Adapt global communication materials and transform into local relevance and manner including brochures, PR, leaflets, consumer brochure, POP, DM, premiums to fit the market needs
• Manage the brand’s marketing mix as well as increasing brand awareness
• Regularly review and ensure the inventory levels of various product categories are controlled within reasonable size during both slack and peak seasons
• Liaise with internal and external vendors and production houses to make sure on-time delivery of qualify services/end products
• Assist in the preparing business analysis reports
• Develop and maintain good long-term relationships with business partners to optimize business opportunities

Requirements
• Degree holder in Business/ Marketing or related disciplines
• 3+ Years of Marketing experience in retail / wholesale sales, preferably in beauty or skincare categories is preferred
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Mature, self-motivated, independent, strong business sense with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in AI and Photoshop is preferred
