Responsibilities:

 Manage monthly budget, merchandising plan, prepare sales and inventory performance reports and maintain smooth flow of merchandise delivery

Maintain optimal inventory level to maximize sales opportunities

Work with Sales & Creative team to develop and coordinate promotion campaign

Collaborate with Sourcing team to determine order placement

Main focus on Asia-Pacific market 

Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Fashion, Textile and Clothing or business related disciplines; candidate with garment merchandising experience will also be considered

At least 2-3 years practical merchandising / retail operation / franchising experience in casual wear

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Positive working attitude and willing to learn

Hardworking and self-motivated

Able to work under pressure

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Familiar with MS Office
