Responsibilities :

• Develop new clients to achieve company's objectives to maximize business and profit growth
• Work closely with overseas buyers and local vendors on the entire sales and merchandising activities including client servicing, pricing, sourcing, sub-contractor factory evaluation, and provide the team with business development strategies 
• Oversee the overall merchandising operations from sample development to products delivery
• Develop long-term strategic suppliers, evaluate and negotiate supply initiatives on timeless, cost and quality control 
• Identify and execute operations improvement plans and act as mentor in the team to increase overall performance
• Accountable for the team of sales and merchandisers, ensure the company continues to be competitive for the major accounts 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 10 years sales & merchandising experience in Woven Denim / Woven Casual Wear  for export markets 
• Well sales power & good relationship with clients
• Well communication skill & social ability in marketing
• Strong power & experience in order follow up
• Willing travel to overseas if necessary & meeting clients for introducing company's product
