Job Description

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but not limit to the following: -

  • Monitor proper administration pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangement
  • Answering to customer’s inquires and handling of customer’s complaints Issue
  • Act as key interface to the customer providing day-to-day logistics support
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders for direct shipment arrangement
  • Alert respective parties when there are changes on sailing schedule
  • Up keeping shipment logs and ESI
  • Checking invoice/ packing list by using documentation checklist
  • Sending final pre-alert document timely
  • Handle customer’s claims for receiving discrepancies and variances
  • Conduct claims investigation with vendors/freight forwarders/carriers
  • Create credit/debit notes to customers
  • Report to Customer Service Manager
  • Work Location: Kwai Chung

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience of shipping/supply chain management in large MNCs, with oversea exposure
  • 4PL or similar Control Tower experience an advantage
  • Solid logistics background is a must
  • Experience of managing multiple clients and customer processes including complaints/claims handling, problem solving, freight/shipment/PO management
  • Good analytical skills, thinking outside the box
  • Strong in managing exception handling
  • Good communication and time management skills; able to deliver and perform under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (especially English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Immediate available is preferred
