• To offer our clients a unique and distinctive shopping experience
• To eloquently share the brands history, values and message
• To develop resort fashion cultural skills to be a well-rounded fashion advisor
• To assist the store manager and supervisor in day to day operations.  From visual merchandising, maintenance, stock keeping and customer relationship management.
• To maximise sales opportunities through spontaneous approaches
• To develop customer loyalty

Responsibilities

•  To achieve and surpass monthly sales targets from the manager
• To serve the customer according to brand's standards
• To build a strong customer relationship and loyalty for repeat business
• To adopt proper attire, grooming ad behavior in line with the brand's guidelines
• To help maintain the boutique in perfect condition
• To maintain VM guidelines from the head office

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service
• Sales driven and target oriented
• Good command of English
• Trendy and Fashion forward
• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, preferably from the Luxury industry
