Job Description
Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator (Toys Industry)
Our client is a well-established Hong Kong company with products distributed worldwide.
Job duties:
- Order processing, order management, and follow up for new and existing customers
- Process sales orders, replenishments, and returns
- Handle any customer enquiries, maintain good relationship with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Arrange and follow up import and export shipment
- Support on marketing activities and sales administration duties as required
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or degree holder
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in order processing/import and export
- Relevant experience in toy industry
- Organized, responsible, with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent English and Chinese
- Immediately available would be an advantage
