Job Description

Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator (Toys Industry)

Our client is a well-established Hong Kong company with products distributed worldwide.
Job duties:
  • Order processing, order management, and follow up for new and existing customers
  • Process sales orders, replenishments, and returns
  • Handle any customer enquiries, maintain good relationship with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Arrange and follow up import and export shipment
  • Support on marketing activities and sales administration duties as required
Requirements:
  • Higher diploma or degree holder
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in order processing/import and export
  • Relevant experience in toy industry
  • Organized, responsible, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Immediately available would be an advantage
