Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory, revenue and intercompany transactions
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions reconciliations
• Ensure accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately
• Assist in prepare various accounting schedules for regular month-end closing, year-end audit and tax computation
• Support ERP migration
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Accounting disciplines with professional accounting qualification preferred (student member of HKICPA/ACCA will also be considered)
• Minimum 3 years commercial accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS office (e.g. Exceland Word Processing)
• Experience in using Epicor Accounting System is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail-minded
• Willing to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Available in a short notice is an advantage
