Responsibilities:

• Assist in office procurement processing;
• Handle receipt, payment and petty cash reimbursement
• Keep proper daily cash book;
• Assist in cash flow projection
• Assist in monthly accounting closing;
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

• 協助會計月結工作；
• 完成其它指派工作。

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Candidates with 3-5 years accounting experience in Property Development Industry or Accounting Firms are preferred
• Meticulous with numbers and strong analytical skill
• Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated
• Immediate available will be a great advantage

• 學士學位程度或以上；
• 3-5年地產集團公司核算經驗、會計師事務所經驗者優先；
• 對數字敏感度高及較強的分析能力；
• 熟習文書處理應用程式；
• 中英文溝通 (包括普通話)；
• 善於溝通、成熟，具自發性；
• 能即時上班者優先。

Solid successful past experiences in China/Hong Kong business and accounting matter is a must and have to be documented.
