·         Perform reception and general office administrative duties

·         Greet guests and handle telephone enquiries in professional manners

·         Perform daily mails and courier arrangement

·         Manage distribution and stock control of stationery and pantry items

·         Coordinate and schedule conference rooms usage

·         Support and assist HR & Financial Department with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

·         HKCEE/HKDSE or above

·         At least 1 year relevant experience 

·         Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Familiar with MS office and Chinese Word Processing (not a must)

·         Pleasant, cheerful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Responsible, well-organized with professional telephone manner

·         Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
