Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Support strategic HR programs namely in Training and Performance Management
- To set up all the KPIs needed to measure the performance are defined and introduced together with the processes.
- To set up a system to achieve the predetermined goals.
- To control the measurement and communication of staff performance.
- Is responsible for the pay scale and KPI level reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis, and facilitating internal service reviews.
- Participates in organizational strategic planning and provides leadership for Performance Management and Quality Improvement policy development
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources, Organization Behaviour
- Experience in Performance Management and Quality Improvement is desired.
- A minimum of 6-8 years in Performance Management experience in sizeable organization, of which at least 3 years working experience in Mainland
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- candidate with high proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) as well as English will also be considered
