Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources project follow up and coordination;
• Maintain and update employee information, including leave and attendance record;
• Co-ordinate recruitment fair and advertisements;
• Handle employees’ benefits administration including medical administration and leave management;
• Assist new staff on boarding and associated orientation, coordinate training schedule;
• Communicate & liaise with warehouse staff;
• Assist in organizing company's activities
• General office administration duties;
• Provide professional HR advice to Management;
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 1 year relevant working experience;
• Experience in Human Resources; or Logistics/Warehousing field will be advantageous;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance, HR Practice and regulations;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability will also be advantageous
