Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead payroll, benefits administration, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) for Hong Kong and Macau
  • Ensure full compliance of local employment and taxation law requirements
  • Strictly follow the payroll payment schedule deadline for weekly and month pay cycles
  • Lead implementation of HR services and systems related enhancement projects
  • Responsible for all benefits administration including medical, MPF, leaves, employee share purchase program etc.
  • Oversee staff movement process including transfer, departure etc.
  • Maintain updated and accurate database of HRIS
  • Review and ensure simple and effective payroll, benefits administration and HRIS processes
  • Drive annual employment insurance renewal projects
  • Handle annual employer’s returns
  • Support people costing analysis and HR reports generation
  • Ensure prompt and accurate satisfaction of audit and internal control requirements related to all payroll, benefits administration and HRIS related processes
  • Other ad-hoc HR Services related assignments as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-year solid payroll supervisory experience from sizeable MNC with regional / global structure in Hong Kong
  • Bachelor degree or above, Accounting or Human Resources background
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong exposure in IPL and experience in HR services and systems related enhancement projects is a must
  • Strong leadership and able to work under pressure
  • Self-driven, proactive, independent and collaborative work attitude
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
