Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Perform reception duties including handling telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors & other reception duties;
  • Provide general administrative support;
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE / HKALE or above;
  • Minimum 2 years front desk or customer services experience in firm or educational institution;
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, etc.;
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
