As the MakerHive leader you will bring energy and passion to it’s running. You will also be expected to the following:

• Oversee daily operations of the MakerHive
• Manage and provide the team with a stimulating and supportive environment
• Build and create a collaborative community through maker events and personal interactions
• Achieve sales targets and maintain 100% occupancy

Experience/qualities:

• Thorough understanding of the coworking industry
• Natural passion for entrepreneurial business
• Previous experience in operating machines and tools, such as laser cutter, 3D printer, soldering
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure and fast thinking, with a detailed focus
• Strong customer service mindset, and the ability to gain trust and respect from the team and members
• Negotiation and sales skills
• Plenty of initiative
• Have travelled extensively or studied internationally

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Architecture, Industrial or Product Design, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or other relevant disciplines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus
• Experience in the maker lifestyle
• Right to work in Hong Kong
