Mission

Integrated in the Finance Team, your main mission consists in improving the process and managing daily administration task

In the scope of your mission, we expect you to:

•         Receive calls and welcoming visitors
•         Coordinating office purchases and other administration task
•         Support accounting and Human Ressources activities 
•         Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary

Requirements

•         University degree or study in the field of business administration or accounting
•         Autonomous, pro-active, sociable, well-organized and dynamic
•         Fluent English and Cantonese is required – French or another Euopean language would be definetley an advantaje
•         Netsuite experience is preferable
•         Elegible for WHV

Founded in November 2011 in Hong Kong, Worldwide Food Distribution Ltd. is a meat importer and distributor that operates in more than 40 countries globally, with an expertise in the APAC and African markets. Over the latest years, the company has been rapidly expanding and opened offices in France and Singapore.

In Hong Kong and Singapore, WFD also provides fine foods and services with products directly imported from France.
