Job Description
As a Temporary HR Specialist, you will perform full spectrum of HR duties and provide admin support for HR Team for maternity leave coverage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Support full spectrum of human resources functions including staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, etc.

Handle monthly payroll process, MPF and insurance administration

Coordinate performance management and salary review process

Manage staff enquiries across all levels
-
Arrange on-boarding of new joiners and exit formalities for leavers

Maintain HR system and record Keeping
-
Handle any ad hoc duties and projects as required
Essential Requirements:
-
Diploma holder or above in in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines;

Minimum 3 years related experience
-
Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
-
Detail-minded, well-organized and capable of multi-tasking

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable Requirements:
-
Experience in a generalist HR role including staffing, C&B, employee relations, etc.

Prior exposure in Macau Labour Law will be an advantage
