Job description:
- Provide full spectrum of office’s administration supports
- Manage general office daily administration work including procurement and replenishment of office supplies and equipment maintenance, travel arrangement, mail handling and courier arrangement etc
- Liaise with various departments and external vendors/ service providers as well as expenses control
- Responsible to renewal all of the general insurances (eg. Office Insurance, Vehicle Insurance)
- Maintain and update administrative filing documents
- Handle various official documents / certificates
- Ensure office tidiness and facilities readiness
- Reception duties at office is required
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
Qualification:
- Diploma Holder or above
- Minimum 3 years' administration experience
- Working experienced in the listed company is an advantage
- Good command of written English & Chinese
- Responsible, well organized, detail-minded and a reliable team player
- Flexible mindset with good communication skills at all levels
- Immediate available is preferred
