Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support all-rounded HR functions including compensations and benefits, payroll,recruitment, training & development, employees relation and ad-hoc assignments
  • Responsible for all HR data entry such as leave record, overtime record, staff attendance, etc.
  • Provide support service for daily and regular office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and facilities management
  • Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Organizing company functions such as annual dinner or social event
  • Work on ad-hoc projects


Requirements

  • Diploma holder in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in HR and general office administration field
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related ordinance
  • Ability to work and interact with different parties
  • Self-motivated, strong communications skills, independent and be proactive
  • Proficient with MS Office and Chinese Work Processing
  • Strong command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
