The Client

Our client is the PE arm of a large state owned banking group. Due to continuous business expansion, they are looking for a Vice President in Risk Management. Big4 and sell side candidates are welcome. VC/PE experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Risk management and valuation of growth stage companies in emerging industries such as TMT, healthcare, clean energy, consumer, etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with major in Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 years working experience in risk management
• Candidates with PE / VC experiences are preferred.
• For pure Big4 candidates, Managers with PE / VC clients are preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English is essential

Compensation

• The client provides 50-70k basic salary plus average 7-10 months annual bonus.
• Senior candidates will be considered as Associate Director with higher compensation package.
