Scope of Work：

• Maintain and review company’s policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Prepare the filling to relevant regulatory authorities;
• Liaise with the relevant regulators and external parties on legal and regulatory issues;
• Provide advisory support to business operation units on compliance issues;
• Conduct compliance review and monitor business activities in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required;

Requirement:

• Degree holder of Law, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, with minimum 3 years compliance experience in securities broker, investment bank , law firm or other financial institutions.
• Strong communication skills, Proactive and Ability to multi-task.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, and read/ write in Chinese.
• Immediate available is a definite advantage.
