Responsibilities:

• Managing all finance, tax and internal related matters for property development/investment projects
• Preparing of monthly reporting
• Performing financial analysis/modelling
• Leading/Coordinating in Merger and Acquisition transactions
• Liaising with joint venture partner
• Setting up internal control procedures
• Performing regular inspection on internal control procedures and compliance matters
• Handling other ad hoc assignments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualified CPA with more than 8 years commercial experience in real estate industry; Big 4 CPA firm background is an advantage  
• Stationed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Self-motivated, proactive and diligent
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Malaysian (Mandarin or Cantonese is also an advantage)
