Major Responsibilities

• Perform trade support functions such as trade verification, confirmation , record maintenance and settlements;
• Prepare daily reports for traders;
• Closely work with traders on daily basis and perform pre-trade/post-trade checking;
• Execute trading instructions from portfolio managers, products included Hong Kong/China A/US equities, onshore/offshore fixed income, FX and OTC products etc in an accurate, timely and effective manner;
• Develop and improve internal database, trade systems and spreadsheets for daily tasks;
• Perform in-depth analysis on FX markets with the goal of generating trade ideas;
• Support the team in managing client relationships, update and prepare marketing materials and publications;
• Assist for ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Recent graduate will be considered
• Bachelor degree or above in Information System, Risk management and Finance would be preferred but not necessary
• Proficiency or demonstrated experience in VBA is advantageous
• Enthusiastic about financial markets, especially in FX market
• Well developed interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Puotonghua
• Strong time management skills with excellent self motivation
