Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing and evaluating full spectrum of collection functions and processes
• Generating and reviewing debt collection policies, reports and analysis
• Supervising collection team to ensure effective collection of delinquent loans
• Maintain strong relationship with clients and external debt collection agencies
• Perform ad hoc projects upon request

Requirements:                    

• Working Location: Central
• Bachelor Degree holder or above
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
• Responsible, mature and able to work independently
• Good communication and organization skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
