Responsibilities

• Responsible for project planning, execution and construction;
• Review plans, specifications and any special provisions. Investigate problems and accommodate for alternative solutions;
• Liaise and collaborate with clients, landlord, consultants, contractors and vendors;
• Coordinate all works from initial planning stage to completion.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Interior Design or Building Surveying;
• MHKIE, MICE, MIStructe professional qualification is preferred;
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience;
• Fluent in Oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Good writing skill
