• University graduate or project management experience in Interior Design.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Interior Design/Architecture with emphasis in the creative design process, FF&E specification and budgets, and project management. Experience in large-scale hospitality projects in Asian regions an advantage
• Strong background in FF&E specifications.
• Work with the Interior Design team to complete assigned projects utilizing good time management skills and problem solving techniques.
• Capable of working under pressure, with a flexible schedule.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and/or Chinese.
• Proficient in MS-Office and contemporary design software (i.e. Excel, Photoshop, and AutoCAD), concepts, practices and procedures.
• Familiar with field concepts, practices and procedures of interior design and project management.
